At Big Tim Woodworks, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our hand-crafted wooden items. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

• Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Replacements and Repairs:

• If you prefer a replacement or repair instead of a refund, please let us know. We will send you a replacement item or repair the item once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Please note that rebuilding or repairing an item will take a reasonable amount of time, so we appreciate your patience during this process.

Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.
• We will return it to you at our expense.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
